Fish Fillets Baked with Sour Cream - Joanne Davis

1.Arrange fish in single layer in lightly greased shallow baking dish; season with salt and pepper.
  • 1 pound firm whitefish fillets
  • Salt & pepper
2.Combine sour cream, cheese, paprika and tarragon; mix well. Spread evenly over fillets.
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • ¾ teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon crumbled tarragon
3.Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter.
  • 2 tablespoon seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon butter
4.Bake at 350 for 20-25min. Sprinkle with parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
