French Silk Chocolate Pie - Joanne Davis

Cream butter until smooth, gradually adding sugar as you beat.  Blend 2 squares chocolate that have been melted and cooled and vanilla.  Then add eggs-two at a time, beating 5 minutes - then add last 2 eggs, beating 5 minutes.  Pour into cooled 9” pie shell-chill for 6 to 8 hours.  You do not cook this filling.  Serves 8.
