Peach and Berries Cobbler  - from Z'Tejas

Distribute fruit evenly into pie shell. (Note: Keep fruit from defrosting during this process.) In a large bowl, using hands, mix in butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg until crumbs begin to form. Do not let crumbs powder. Generously top off pie shells with crumbs. Bake at 300-degree oven for approximately 50-60 minutes. Cobblers should start to bubble inside. Cool down cobbler on counter.

* NOTE: Use your favorite berries. Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries work well.
