
Grandma's Pumpkin Pie - Joanne Davis
Ingredients
- 1 can or 3 cups pumpkin (be sure to drain the cooked fresh pumpkin)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups milk (whole)
Preparation
Mix everything but the milk, then add the 4 cups milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350F for 10 min. Then bake at 325F until a knife comes out clean (this takes over an hour usually).
