Thoroughly blend apple sauce, sausage meat and croutons together in large bowl. Cut pockets into the sides of the pork chops. Stuff sausage mixture into the pork chops, allowing some to overflow. Cook at normal temperature and time for thick pork chops.
Makes for a BIG meal.
